WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Ottawa, Ontario. For privacy and security, the exact appointment address is provided approximately 2 hours before your confirmed appointment.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Yes. A 35% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is payable by e-transfer. Payment instructions will be provided after booking.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE ADDRESS?
The exact appointment location is sent approximately 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We specialize exclusively in gel nail services.
CAN I RESCHEDULE?
Yes, subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SHOW UP?
Your booking deposit may be forfeited, and future appointments may require a larger deposit or full payment.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?
Appointments are intended for the booked client only unless a guest has been approved in advance.
