BOOKING POLICIES

BOOKING DEPOSIT

A 35% deposit is required to reserve an appointment. The deposit is calculated from the total service price. Appointments are only considered confirmed once the deposit has been successfully received.

The deposit is payable by e-transfer. Payment instructions will be provided upon booking.

CANCELLATION

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

LATE CANCELLATION

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of the 35% deposit.

NO-SHOW

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice may lose their deposit and may be required to pay a larger deposit or full payment before booking another appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your service. Significant lateness may require the appointment to be shortened or cancelled.

PRIVATE LOCATION

For privacy and security, the exact appointment address is provided approximately 2 hours before the appointment. Please do not share the private appointment location publicly.

GUEST POLICY

Appointments are intended for the booked client only unless a guest has been approved in advance.

HEALTH & SAFETY

For the safety and comfort of everyone, please notify us before your appointment if you have any relevant nail, skin or health concerns that may affect the service.

RESPECT POLICY

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, comfortable and professional environment. Harassment, threatening behavior, inappropriate conduct or disrespectful behavior toward the nail technician will not be tolerated and may result in the appointment being terminated.

PRIVACY

Client information is used for appointment management, communication and service-related purposes and will be handled responsibly.
